This pic was taken few months back.. i miss having time to prepare lunch the jap way.. this one was easy to whip, heavy on the stomach and taste good too (well at least for me and my hubby)
To make rice balls you only need to spread rice (amount depend of how big you want it) over a cling wrap and put a thin layer of mayonnaise, tuna flakes and some salt and pepper to taste. Roll it to make a ball and sprinkle some sesame seeds. You can depend on this to extend the little rice you have left on your cooker.
Meat dish is a simple assembly of pork, asparagus, red bell pepper plus oyster sauce.
Yakisoba and dimsum can be found in the ready-to-eat section of your grocery store. heat and boil it and you're done!
